[NEW RELEASES] Six updates to your Season Management Experience in SportsEngine HQ
You gave us feedback, we prioritized it, and came up with a list of new features across Season Management & Mobile. We are dropping six of those… right now! Stay tuned for the next release coming in a few weeks.
This release's primary theme is the connection between Season Management and your website on Sitebuilder. Flexibility was key when we set out to create a better way to manage your season within SportsEngine HQ. Giving you the option to put your schedule on any website provider you use now or will use in the future.
We found that many of you wanted to continue using our website tool, Sitebuilder, which certainly gave us the warm fuzzies over here in Minneapolis. So, we are delivering more advanced and improved features specific to Sitebuilder to make managing your season the easiest it’s ever been, exclusively from Season Management.
- Automated Season Pages - we are not only bringing back the ability to have custom pages for your teams and divisions, but we are also giving you an improved set up process that will save you hours at the start of each season. Exclusively in Season Management, you can create ALL team and division pages from a single workflow. Watch as you create multiple pages with just a few clicks.
- Auto-sync Schedules - In every release, one small but mighty feature gets pushed out. For this release, auto-sync is that. Say goodbye to the days of manually syncing changes from Season Management and enjoy automated updates everywhere your members need them. In the spirit of flexibility, you still have the option to keep manual sync if that floats your boat. Your choice to make 🙂.
- Updated Public Calendar - All games and events created in Season Management are now available as tags within your Calendar on Sitebuilder. The Calendar feature is a great way to have a single place for all events and games across your organization and allows your members to subscribe to/follow multiple teams at once to their iCal feed.
- PRO TIP: Any events added to the Calendar on Sitebuilder will NOT sync to team calendars (on the mobile app, TeamCenter, or Season Mgt)

Along with these three new features, we are also moving two features out of beta, which means they will now be available to you and a reminder about an enhancement included in the newest version of the SportsEngine Mobile App.
- New Game Modal View—an all-new way to create and edit games that now includes the ability to notify teams when changes occur. Make sure your athletes, coaches, and families are aware of updates that happen in real time.
- Conflict Checking across Seasons (including all games and events) - To improve scheduling in HQ, the system will notify you when a conflict with locations occurs so you can address & update in real-time. This will function across all seasons and include games & events. Ensuring you never double book again!
- Custom Time Zones in Mobile — Last but certainly not least, we pushed out a new version of our Mobile App that allows you to personalize your Time Zone settings. This ensures you have a clear picture of where you need to be and what time you need to be there. Being tardy is never fun!
